The type of material used for the pants and top weren't up to par. Suggest better quality cotton blend. The arm sleeves w are good and love the tatoo

    Popeye Shirt too small

The Popeye shirt is too small I had to adjust, my husband is 5'.8" 184lbs and did not fit this was probably a size medium.

    Awful

The top portion itself is decent. The pants are terrible - Expect them to fall down. Mine did. Consider doing what I did (because I could tell they were horrible) and bring blue jeans to change into. There are no loops in the pants, so the belt serves no actual purpose. The hat is much too small; I had to go buy another individual hat from a different Halloween store. The forearms require a ton of stuffing to not look ridiculous. I rolled up three t-shirts apiece for each arm, meaning I was carrying around six total shirts ALL night under the forearms to the costume. It's a funny idea and gets a quick chuckle from the people around, but the costume itself is VERY poorly made and I would not recommend it at all.
